Fit On is a fitness app full of a variety of workouts to choose from. You can find strength training, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, dance and full body workout videos.
I kept seeing ads on social media so I decided to try it out for a week.
This is what I liked about the app:
1. The videos are free to watch!!!
2. When you log on, a motivational quote pops up which motivates me to work out even more.
3. The videos are high quality.
4. They have some of the best fitness instructors teaching the classes.
5. The app suggests a few workout videos each day for you so you don't have to search and search for a video.
6. You can pick and choose any workout to do. This is great if you want to make your own plan.
7. There are different lengths of time for each video. The average video length ranges from 10-25 minutes. Depending on your schedule, you can choose a quick workout or you can do multiple videos.
I think this app is awesome! If you are looking for really high quality production workout videos I would definitely give Fit On a try. I haven't found any other app that offers these types of videos for free. If there are, please let me know because I would like to try them!
This app has more than just workout videos though, but you have to pay for it to get the Pro version. You can do video calls with friends so you can do the workouts together. You will have access to personalized meal plans and 500 plus exclusive recipes. You will get unlimited offline downloads and Fitbit and Garmin integration. I haven't had a chance to try out the Pro version, but maybe I will soon since it's a good deal. As of today, it's 70% off. Originally it was $119.99, and now it's $35.99 annually.
Have you tried Fit On? If you did, how did you like it? I'd love to hear about it in the comments :)
