How I lost 10lbs since 2020 not really trying

Like many people during the pandemic, I gained some weight quarantining at home. Since there was nowhere to go, it was easy to eat and sit there. So I quickly packed on weight because I wasn't moving as much as before the pandemic. I still kept up my walks and workouts at home, but I ate more than I exercised.
Here are some ways I lost 10lbs without really trying:
I planned out healthy meals to eat in advance. Then, before the beginning of the week, I planned out what I would eat each day of the week.
I made sure not to be hungry before going grocery shopping. But, of course, that helped not to buy junk food.
I did fun workouts: virtual reality workouts like dancing and boxing, spinning, walking, mat pilates.
I had healthy snacks at home to keep me going throughout the day between meals.
I kept track of what I ate and drank to improve my eating habits.
I let myself sometimes indulge and treat myself to pizza or fries—everything in moderation.
I inadvertently was intermittent fasting. I skipped breakfast most days. Lunch was my biggest meal, and dinner was always around 6-7 pm.
I only ate when I was hungry. We think we are hungry a lot of the time, but we are just bored.
I said I lost 10lbs easily, but it did take some mental effort. It only seemed easy because when you have a lot of healthy habits that are on autopilot, everything falls into place. If you plan it out and execute, you can, over time, be healthier too.
